Hi. I’m Kimberly.
I felt drawn to leadership, nonprofit work and community development when I was 15. However, as I began to share my desire to use my leadership gifts, I quickly ran into resistance. Unwanted, disparaging comments threatened my hope & the pursuit of my goals:
"You’re too bold, too outspoken, too passionate!”
"Honey, it's sweet that you want to lead, but women can’t do that!"
I cannot count the hours I endured being told women shouldn’t lead, speak with boldness or seek to change unjust systems. Yet, leaning into the strength of women who led before me and being transformed by the mentorship and tutelage of leaders in racial justice, I continued to press and responded to their encouragement to keep going. As a result, I have pioneered in the areas of gender equity, racial justice, and multicultural competence within each organization I have served for the last 20 years.
It is my deepest desire to encourage you and your organization to reach your goals—to empower you, embolden you, and equip you to use your skills to excel. I offer a holistic approach to coaching, training and consultancy which acknowledges the complexities of life and organizations, values inclusion and diversity, and affirms personhood and purpose.
The simple truth is YOU were created to rise and YOU have a purpose. So remember…
You are Gifted.
There is hope.
You ARE NOT DONE.

Coaching, training & Consultancy
Life is a journey, and sometimes we need a partner to remind us we haven’t lost the roadmap.
With 20 years of leadership, ministry, and nonprofit experience, I offer a holistic approach to coaching, training, and consultancy which acknowledges the complexities of organizations and values diversity and inclusion.
Consultancy and coaching services are available in the areas of women’s empowerment, cultivating collaboration between men and women in the workplace, multicultural competence (done in partnership with Dr. Toussaint Whetstone or Darcia Scafidi), developing healthy systems of care, preventing burnout, discipleship, and outreach.
